Product Description

FABCARE AV is specially designed, water borne anti-microbial single component water repellent stain proof nano coating for fabric, textile and leather. FABACRE AV is a washable durable self- protective nano coating against the growth of micro-organisms like virus, bacteria mold, fungi and yeasts and conforms to global standards JIS L 1902 and AATCC 100. The actives used are the cationic nano active dispersed into water with nano polymer and effective to inactivate pathogens on the surface, hence potential material to immobilize of microbes. Its anti-microbial system does not leach out over the period of time, and it therefore remains safe and active for prolong duration. Suitable for soft surfaces like all types of fabric, textile, suiting, shirting, upholstery, curtains, home furnishing, car interior etc.

Application Guideline

The application of the coating is being conducted under normal temperature and surrounding conditions.

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be free from dust, dirt and any other foreign substances. Surface should be perfectly clean and dry before applying FABCARE AV

Cleaning:

Clean all tools and spillage of paint with water immediately after application.

 

Mixing Application:
  • Shake well before use
  • Can be applied by spray, dip or Padding method
  • Apply uniform coat of FABCARE AV either by spray / dip/Padding
  • Allow the surface to completely wet
  • For heat curing allow flash off of 5-10 minutes at ambient temperature
  • Cured at 80-1000C for 30 minutes
  • For ambient temperature curing, allow to air dry for 2 hours in sunlight or 4 hours at room temperature or can be cured using hot pressing iron
  • Effectiveness of the coated surface should be checked post overnight.
