ULTRAPEL MICROB 150 is an omniphobic (water and oil repellent) nano-structure breathable coating for AC filter mesh. This apparently invisible nano-coating does not allow any dust or dust to adhere or accumulate on the surface. This nano-coating contains advance anti-microbial molecules which prevent the growth of microorganisms, hence, this coating not only keeps the surface clean and dry for a long time but also gives a hygiene protection and reducing the emission of bad odor.

Application Guideline

The application of the coating is being conducted under normal temperature and surrounding conditions.

Surface Preparation:

The surface must be free from dust, dirt and any other foreign substances. Surface should be perfectly clean and dry before applying ULTRAPEL MICROB 150.

Application:
  • Shake well before spray
  • Clean the surface and spray from a distance of 5-10 cm
  • Spray uniformly for 2 times(wet on wet)
  • Two passes is recommended to assure complete uniform coverage
  • Dry with hot air blower for 15 minutes and reassemble

Coverage:80-100 sq.ft. / ltr (subjected to application method and surface)

Available pack size: 100 ml, 1 ltr and 5 ltr

Product Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacturing
