ULTRAPEL MICROB 150 AB is specially designed, water borne breathable anti- microbial nano coating for HVAC filters. This nano coating is enables with cationic nano active to protect against the micro-organisms like virus, bacteria mold, fungi and yeasts and conforms to global standards JIS L 1902 and AATCC 100. ULTRAPEL MICROB 150 AB is effective to inactivate pathogens on the surface, hence potential material to immobilize of microbes.

Application Guideline

The application of the coating is being conducted under normal temperature and surrounding conditions.

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be free from dust, dirt and any other foreign substances. Surface should be perfectly clean and dry before applying ULTRAPEL MICROB 150 AB

Cleaning:

Clean all tools and spillage of paint with water immediately after application.

 

Mixing Application:
  • Shake well before use
  • Can be applied by spray or dip
  • Apply uniform coat of ULTRAPEL MICROB 150 AB either by spray / dip
  • Allow the filter to completely wet
  • For heat curing allow flash off of 5-10 minutes at ambient temperature
  • Cured at 80-1000C for 30 minutes
  • For ambient temperature curing, allow to air dry for 2 hours in sunlight or 4 hours at room temperature

  • Product Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacturing
  • Available pack size: 1 ltr, 5 ltr and 20 ltr
